I created a usability report for the Goodreads website with the purpose of identifying issues with the design and usability to provide recommendations for improvement. This includes a heuristic evaluation, user research, user testing, prototyping, and more.

Tasked with creating a hypothetical product to address a safety or well-being issue, a group of students and I completed statistical analyses on data collected through testing a prototype of our app FridgeBrain. This app targets visually impaired and blind individuals by aiding in managing food and nutrition.

WaterBot is an AI chatbot funded by the Arizona Water Innovation Initiative and created by ASU students to help residents learn more about water issues in their state. Following the design thinking model, my classmates and I aided in this project by designing a user test and testing the chatbot on Arizona residents.
